There is a situation in Czech Republic, where a lawyer who has been awarded a prize, was exposed for falsifying evidence and entire court proceedings, and since it was in the interest of Czech political friends, others stand by and watch and deliberately lie in his favor. Hey...let's talk about Mt. Everest of Judicially Structured Organized Crime.
The case revolves around JUDr. Pavel Blanický, a key orchestrator of judicial frauds. Operating in collaboration with legal and medical professionals, Blanický manipulated paternity rulings of Dictrict Court Prague 2 to remove biological fathers from responsibility. This network purposefully fabricated evidence, coerced legal representatives, and abused power. JUDr. Jiří Jelínek and members of Dictrict Court Prague 2 were intentionally wrapping up Blanicky's lies as legal opinions towards predetermined outcomes.
Blanický, through doctors, created false evidence that he used as ammunition. He then assassinated fair judicial processes and decisions. Judges and lawyers at the District Court for Prague 2, the Municipal Court in Prague, and the General Prosecutor's Office knew what he was doing and actively and structurally assisted him. His lifelong activity involved purposefully falsifying whole judicial processes in favor of his clients. Pavel Blanický is a fraud and paid assassin that has been hiding behind his wife Alena, also lawyer in the same area. Despite knowing what her husband was doing, she gave him silent consent.

Assassinations: Blanický murdered justice for childrens and arranged the desired outcome in favor of his clients.
- Legacy of Injustice: The victims continue to seek redress decades later, facing systemic resistance. It was only recently discovered that the District Court for Prague 2 is actually a center of organized crime, where facts are falsified in favor of premeditated outcomes.
Judges of the District Court Prague 2, the City Court, then the lawyers of the City Prosecutor's Office, the lawyers of the Supreme Prosecutor's Office, the judges of the Supreme Court, and even the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic have long known in details how Blanický created fake expert opinions and how he presented them in court proceedings. All along, they have been protecting Blanický's head and doing each others favors. They act perversely and not with the aim of justice, but with the aim of covering up high-level crimes for their political friends and, above all, with the aim of concealing a huge judicial scandal: Czech Courts purposefully and structurally lie in favor of connected friends and disrespect objective evidence (like DNA). They operate staged proceedings to cover up their friend's judicially organized crime.
Father Florian hired a paid killer Blanický, to arrange for him a judicial outcome at District Court Prague 2. They deceived a one-year-old child and his mother from Slovakia, and with this murder of justice everyone in Czech judiciary not only knowingly helped them, but eventually awarded this killer with a medal. Unbelievable!
In 2025, Blanický advised Florian to continue lying. The Czech Republic's allied judges also decided to lie in Blanický's favor. This lying is nothing other than a continuation of a crime against the right to a fair paternity trial .
Many share the view that arranging proceedings in courts with verdicts based on lies is tantamount to cutting off the head of a child, whom they deliberately watch to bleed to death. All those involved in murder of justice (including the judges – liars) deserve death penalty by guillotine.
Another striking discovery is that there are many Czech individuals-beneficiaries of District Court Prague 2, who had their outcome pre-arranged in their favor. They now know that exposing corruption in the Czech judiciary could directly point to their identity and cause them problems. That's why they don't want this corruption to be exposed.
There is an absolute necessity to scrutinize and investigate every case with a smell or Blanicky’s name in it for doctored facts during his whole lifetime practice.
